    Striking plate
    Striking plate on top frame for lock fitting. Please note that the original screws must be reused when replacing the striking plate.

    Filter located in the top casing, which filtrates the air.

    Bracket which is inserted into the sleeve in order to keep the roof window locked in a certain position.

    Locking device to lock the sash and frame when closing the window.

    All VELUX roof windows have a nameplate, which indicates the window type and the time of manufacture. It is usually located on the top right or left of the window sash behind the ventilation flap.
